Small-batch varietals grown on the eastern slopes of the Blue Mountains. Every bottle carries the mineral depth and sun-warmed character of the Columbia Plateau.
Gifford Hirlinger Winery was born from a conviction that the Walla Walla Valley — with its ancient seabed soils, continental climate, and long golden hours — produces wine of a specificity you cannot replicate anywhere else.
We farm deliberately. We pick conservatively. We age with patience. The result is wine that opens differently on Tuesday evening than it does on a Saturday night — alive, responsive, and honest about where it comes from.
Located just outside downtown Walla Walla, our tasting room is a place to slow down, taste without pretense, and understand what terroir actually means on the ground.
